Emotional well-being comes from a sense that we have the skills and resources to face life’s inevitable ups and downs. When we don’t have this resilience, we can feel like we are drowning or being buffeted on a stormy sea between extreme emotions of anxiety, elation to depression and avoidance of life. Yoga asana (postures) give us a safe way to explore our emotional states as well as the means to strengthen our body, mind and spirit.

Join Victoria and Cynthia for a nourishing practice of yoga in support of emotional contentment which will include a discussion on self-care and Q&A.
