Building core strength in the body is about so much more then sit-ups! In this workshop, Cynthia will explore the relationship between the hip and pelvis in creating the ground for healthy movement and structural stability. The afternoon will include a well-rounded practice of yoga asana focused on hip openers, abdominals and balancing poses. Great for people with moderate lower back and hip issues or who just want to work on better posture.
